Graytill offers free standard shipping Australia wide on orders over $100 (applies to items listed on the Shop page. Excludes items marked as large).

Depending on your location, standard shipping normally takes 3 to 10 working days. We reserve the right to use any shipping company of our choice. For faster delivery, please contact us for express delivery pricing.

Whilst we endeavour to keep all items in stock, there are times when excessive demand means that we may run out of some items. If this happens, you will be informed of the expected delivery date, and given the option to wait, or cancel your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods in new condition with original packaging and accessories within 14 days of the date of invoice, to receive a store credit or refund.
